TOMMRE (hereinafter "TOMMRE" / "we") respects your personal privacy and your right to control your personal data. TOMMRE is responsible for the processing of personal data and is responsible for processing in accordance with current legislation.

If the data subject no longer agrees to TOMMRE processing the personal data for future recruitment procedures, the data will be deleted.

TOMMRE processes e-mail addresses to carry out direct marketing of the company's products. How long do we store your personal information

TOMMRE thins out personal data on an ongoing basis when it is no longer relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
Some information can be retained longer when required due to other legal requirements, such as. the Accounting Act.
The same personal information can be stored in several different places for different purposes. This may mean that information that has been deleted from a system because it is no longer necessary may remain in another system where it is stored on the basis of a different legal basis or for another purpose where the personal data is still needed.
Regardless, your information is never stored longer than what is permitted under current personal data legislation.
To whom do we disclose your information?
TOMMRE may share personal data with TOMMRE personal data assistants. TOMMRE personal data assistants process personal data on behalf of TOMMRE and in accordance with TOMMRE instructions. TOMMRE has personal data assistants who handle transport and deliveries, marketing and IT services.
TOMMRE has written agreements with the company's personal data assistants. Under these agreements, the security of the personal data processed is guaranteed and the personal data assistant undertakes to comply with EMPTY security requirements and requirements concerning
