TOMMRE (hereinafter "TOMMRE" / "we") respects your personal privacy and your right to control your personal data. TOMMRE is responsible for the processing of personal data and is responsible for processing in accordance with current legislation.

TOMMRE in some cases collects information from other than the registered person, for example from publicly available sources and from third parties in the form of contact lists or information from credit information companies.


In cases where TOMMRE collects data from someone other than the data subject, the data subject will be notified of the processing as soon as possible and no later than within one month of the data being collected.

The purposes of the EMPTY processing of personal data

TOMMRE processes personal data in connection with preparation for agreements (potential customers, suppliers or partners) and for administration and fulfillment of concluded agreements (current and previous customers, suppliers or partners).

TOMMRE processes personal data collected in connection with recruitment procedures.

It may happen that personal data is processed in computer systems at TOMMRE related companies and organizations with which TOMMRE cooperates in the recruitment process. The personal data will be retained by TOMMRE and its partners for the time necessary to carry out the recruitment procedure.

During the recruitment procedure, applicants are given the opportunity to consent to TOMMRE retaining personal data for future recruitment needs. The applicant may withdraw such consent at any time. If the data subject no longer agrees to TOMMRE processing the personal data for future recruitment procedures, the data will be deleted.



TOMMRE processes e-mail addresses to carry out direct marketing of the company's products. The information is processed on the basis of the EMPTY legitimate interest in maintaining business contacts and in communicating with the data subject as a business contact. TOMMRE assesses as a starting point that these legitimate interests outweigh the data subject's interest in the data not being processed.

The information is processed on the basis of an EVEN legitimate interest in being able to develop and improve the company's products and services, as well as for statistical purposes and quality and environmental work.

How long do we store your personal information

The processing takes place in accordance with current legislation and means that personal data is not stored for a longer period than is necessary with regard to the purposes of the processing. TOMMRE thins out personal data on an ongoing basis when it is no longer relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.


Some information can be retained longer when required due to other legal requirements, such as. the Accounting Act.

The same personal information can be stored in several different places for different purposes. This may mean that information that has been deleted from a system because it is no longer necessary may remain in another system where it is stored on the basis of a different legal basis or for another purpose where the personal data is still needed.

Regardless, your information is never stored longer than what is permitted under current personal data legislation.


To whom do we disclose your information?

TOMMRE may share personal data with TOMMRE personal data assistants. TOMMRE personal data assistants process personal data on behalf of TOMMRE and in accordance with TOMMRE instructions. TOMMRE has personal data assistants who handle transport and deliveries, marketing and IT services.

TOMMRE has written agreements with the company's personal data assistants. Under these agreements, the security of the personal data processed is guaranteed and the personal data assistant undertakes to comply with EMPTY security requirements and requirements concerning

international transfer of personal data.


TOMMRE may share personal information with companies within our own group in order to be able to deliver our services and products. This means that they also need some information about you as a customer.

TOMMRE may share personal information with contractors, subcontractors and resellers for administrative purposes regarding customers and contact persons as well as for direct marketing of TOMMRE products. The data subject has the right, in accordance with applicable personal data legislation, to request a so-called register extract with information about which personal data that TOMMRE processes regarding the individual. Requests under this paragraph must be made in writing and signed by the individual in person, to avoid unauthorized access to personal data.

The data subject also has the right to request at any time that TOMMRE corrects, blocks or deletes the individual's personal data.


In the event that TOMMRE is obliged by law to continue with the storage of personal data, the data can only be blocked.

The registered person has the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter or mailing of direct marketing at any time. This can be done through a link in the mailing or by contacting TOMMRE. TOMMRE will in that case stop processing the data subject's personal data for this purpose.
