When ordering, the purchase agreement is only approved when TOMMRE AB has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is normally sent within 24 hours or at the latest within three days after the order has been received by TOMMRE AB. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product has been sent. TOMMRE AB has ownership and take-back rights to all products until complete payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be over 18 years old.

2. Prices

The prices include VAT at 25% for orders within the EU. In the event of a confirmed order, the prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond TOMMRE AB's control. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No handling costs will be added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

3. Shipping

Shipping is charged with SEK 650 under 45 kg and SEK 350 over 45 kg.

5. Deliveries

Orders placed before 12.00 on a weekend weekday are processed the same day and are normally sent within 1 week within Sweden.

We reserve the right to sell all stock items before we have time to update the website, and then we inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel a purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock. The packages are delivered by Posten or another carrier to the delivery point or sent by post.

6. Delivery delays

Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers beyond our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If it occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that we will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.

7. Transport
TOMMRE AB is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company are responsible for the transport in the event of a return to us.

8. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to info@tommre.com or by phone +46 (0) 35 777 18 90.

9. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

As a customer with us, TOMMRE AB also offers the right to exchange within 30 days of you ordering the product. This only applies to unused products.

10. Complaints
If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via e-mail info@tommre.com or telephone +46 (0) 35 777 18 90 before you send anything. Attach the receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

11. Refunds
Repayment is made via Klarna. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

12. Reservations
We reserve the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events during Force Majeure as below.

13. Protection of personal data

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business only for the purpose of completing and providing the service that you expect from us. In accordance with current personal data legislation, you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you. In the event that you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. In that case, contact our customer service via e-mail info@tommre.com or telephone +46 (0) 35 000 00. We also assure that we will not sell or transfer any personal information (see our privacy policy).

14. Uncollected package

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you have entered are correct. Uncollected packages will not be refunded.

15. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for we are released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
